The farm is located in Lake City, Minnesota, about 1.25 hour drive from the Twin Cities. We grow a variety of annual and perennial fruits and vegetables and also raise chickens, goats, and llamas.

The farm is open to many different types of learning experiences with the most common visit being a half day. During a three-four hour visit, attendees will discover vegetables, animals, community, and joy in a land-based learning experience.

The best educational opportunities don't happen by accident! An on-farm experience will include hands-on and intellectual experiences to incorporate all types of learners into the farm work and learning.

Sara and Paul Freid started their community farm in 2007. They have welcomed hundreds of visitors from all backgrounds to their farm and enjoy sharing in all aspects of a life lived close to the land.
